Catch More Fish

Catch More Fish

Welcome to Marshline Bait Company, where Gulf Coast marsh water, weekend tides, and hard-earned confidence meet custom baits built to do one thing: help you catch more fish.

Marshline started the same way a lot of good fishing ideas start—in the garage, after a long day, thinking about what should have happened on the water. As a Mechanical Engineer, I have always loved the process of testing profiles, tweaking action, dialing in colors, and figuring out the small details that turn "almost" into "tight lines."

The goal isn't to chase hype. The goal is to build baits that make sense for real conditions: tannic water, grass edges, muddy bottoms, current seams, and those calm mornings when you can hear bait popping before you ever see a fish.

What you'll find here on the blog is simple.

  1. Baits designed around proven inshore patterns with quality control you can trust
  2. The kind of practical knowledge you'd get from a buddy at the boat ramp

I'll share what's working, when to throw it, how to rig it, and why certain colors and shapes consistently produce redfish, speckled trout, flounder, bass, and panfish along our coast.

This blog is going to be a mix of quick, useful posts, and deeper breakdowns including seasonal bite windows, retrieve styles, lure modifications, scent and storage tips, and behind-the-scenes on product testing and new releases.

If you're here, you're probably like me—you don't need complicated, you need dependable, and that is what we are about at Marshline Bait Company.

Thanks for being part of the start. See you on the coast!
